Andrea and Gus were married this past March at the beautiful Kuki`o Beach in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Andrea and Gus chose our Simple Family Photo Package to capture their special day and enjoy an all inclusive Big Island beach wedding. Their Kona Wedding Officiant® team consisted of Deanna, their wedding officiant, and Gerald, one of Kona Wedding Officiant's associate photographers.
Even though this family arrived together, Kukio Beach has a large public bathroom in the parking lot. This beach is located inside of the Four Seasons Resort, so this restroom is usually fairly private and clean. This bathroom has large stalls with a full length mirror. Due to this, Andrea decided to get ready at the location so that Gus would not see her in her dress until they 'met on the beach.' Andrea and Gus's first photo shoot started out with their first look at the start of Kukio Beach. After their first look, this couple had their 30 minute photography couples + family photo session before their wedding ceremony.
The tide was really high this day! - so Andrea, Gus, and the kids had to walk down pretty far to meet me for their ceremony. Fortunately, this area of Kuki`o Beach was very secluded for their wedding ceremony. Aside from Gerald and me, their wedding officiant, no one else was around on the beach for their entire ceremony.
After their ceremony, Andrea and Gus signed their marriage license and had their second 30 minute sunset photo session. Blessings to this lucky in love couple!
