Featuring the best burger on the island, the Harbor House not only brings delicious food at a great price- it brings it quickly! This open air, on the water pub serves beer and wine throughout the restaurant and offers a Happy Hour from 3pm - 6pm with a price list that you might need an Uber for.
My favorite dish is the Mushroom Swiss Burger, served on a fluffy white roll and made with Big Island beef. Topped with hot melted swiss, caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms this burger is big enough to feed a hungry husband, and is served with crispy french fries.
If a gigantic tasty burger is not for you, the Harbor House’s menu does not fall short in other areas. The Fish and Chips, a Harbor House Special, is delivered to you in a traditional basket with huge crispy fried cuts of ono on point every single time. The restaurant also serves a wide range of Pupus, Soup and Salads, Sandwiches, Entrees, and offers a Keiki Menu for the little ones.
The restaurant’s main attraction is its consistent, quality service. When you go there, expect to have the same quality meal you had the last time- which is not something you can also get here on the islands!
