Simple Signing Service - $125 - Kailua Kona Only

With A Simple Signing, There Is No Ceremony, Just Reading Of Vows, Pronouncements, and Signing Of Your Marriage License

Simple Signings are just for couples and are usually performed at a table.

Do you need to be married quickly?  Not looking for a ceremony regardless of how small?  Hawaii State allows for couples to use Simple Signings to be married.

The Simple Signing Service allows for couples to meet the minimum requirements by the State of Hawaii to be married.

Simple Signing is a great option for couples who need to be legally married and who currently do not want to be part of the ceremonial rituals of marriage.

There are 5 steps to the Simple Signing Service provided by Kona Wedding Officiant.

1.

MARRIAGE LICENSE:  Apply for a Marriage License through the State of Hawaii’s Department of Health Vital Records Office.  The fee for the Marriage License is $65.00, payable online. List me as your Officiant when you apply for your Marriage License.

3.

VITAL RECORDS:  Make an appointment with Vital Records to complete the Marriage License Paperwork in person.  He/she will give you the paper license that you must bring to the simple signing and help you ensure your marriage paperwork is completed correctly. The Bride and Groom must appear in person in the state of Hawaii at the Office of Vital Records to receive this paperwork.

5.

SIGNING:  We will sign  your license together and then I will file it electronically with the State of Hawaii.  It will be available online to you within three business days and then mailed to you within 6 weeks.

And finished!  Aloha honeymoon and celebrate your love in beautiful Hawaii!

2.

CONTACT ME:  Contact me before or after completing your Marriage License worksheet online as via email:  konaweddingofficiant@gmail.com or telephone (808) 209-6275 so we may make an appointment for the Simple Signing Service for your and your future Mr. or Mrs.

4.

I DOs:  Once we have our appointment and you have your paper license, we will meet for the Declaration (Vows) and Pronouncement (I pronounce you Husband and Wife).

What Our Couples Say

"Deanna at Kona Wedding Officiant is amazing. My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and my siblings and I wanted to have a vow renewal ceremony for them on the beach with traditional Hawaiian chants. Everything was absolutely perfect from the beautiful beach location to her soothing voice. Thank You, Deanna for helping my siblings and I, give my parents a day they will remember."
