Kuki`o Beach

Beautiful White Sand Beach

Accessed Via The Four Seasons.

Very intimate setting  that is perfect for elopements & family weddings.

Private Beach Park Accessed Via The Four Seasons. Offers grass & sand.  Perfect for family weddings.

Special permit required with 20 person max (Includes couple & vendors). Please inquire. 

Kikaua Point

Also known as Waikoloa Beach, this special spot can be found to the South side of the crowded hotel beach.  About a 5 minute walk from the public parking, this little white sand beach is gorgeous for an elopement or small family wedding. 

Anaeho`omalu Bay

Holualoa Beach

Private Small White Sand Beach right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Many locals do not even know where this spot is! This spot is dependent on tides and surf & requires a rock scramble to reach. During calm season it is great for an elopement or small family wedding.

Kohanaiki Beach

Whether you like sand or black lava rocks, Kohanaiki Beach has a spot for you . Popular with surfers, it is best to schedule a morning ceremony on the south end of this beach.

Off the beaten path & one of our Adventure Wedding Locations, Makalawena Beach is the most lovely white sand beach on Hawaii.  This beach requires a 4wd to access the initial 1.6 mike hike to the beach.

Pahoehoe Beach

Tucked next to Magic Sands in Kona, this small white sand & grassy beach is perfect for intimate elopements & small family weddings where families do not want to travel out of town. 

This Black Sand Beach is located in Ka`u, Hawaii's Southernmost District.  It is 1.5-2 hours south of Kona,  fairly secluded, and very beautiful. We have a travel fee to this beach.

Punalu`u Beach 

Tucked away inside the Four Seasons, this cute white sand beach is actually public and sits just outside of Ulu's Restaurant (north).  It is a lovely, secluded spot, very beautiful and private for morning weddings. 

Kapulehu Beach

Accessed Via the Fairmont Orchid, this little spot is great for a family wedding looking for a setting close to their hotel with white sand and bright sunsets.

We have a travel fee for this beach. 

This beautiful beach requires some walking down a rocky trail.  There are several locations where couples can have their wedding based on tides. Early morning or sunset is recommended due to crowds. We have a travel feel for this beach. 


One of our Adventure Wedding locations, Waipio Valley Black Sand Beach is a hike or drive in location offering an enormous black sand beach and sweeping ocean and mountain views. Adventure Rates apply. 

Waipio Valley

Located in the heart of Kailua Kona, this location is perfect for couples staying in town or with large groups. 

Kona Old Airport

Pololu Valley

One of our Adventure Wedding locations, Pololu Valley Black Sand Beach is a magical location full of wonder and Aloha.  A hike is required to reach this location. Adventure Rates apply.

Meet Deanna

Kona Wedding Officiant’s licensed minister, Deanna, believes that Aloha is the most important element of a wedding in Hawaii.  Aloha has many meanings, but most of all, it means love.  Deanna specializes in Hawaiian traditions and enjoys creating intimate, romantic ceremonies for couples.  All couples and denominations are welcome in marriage and vow renewal at Kona Wedding Officiant. 

Deanna believes that every wedding is a gift.  She is passionate about bringing couples together in the sacred bond of marriage.  Ceremonies are personalized to couples and additional elements such as Blowing Of The Pu are welcomed without additional fees. To create an ideal experience, all weddings are performed on secluded beaches whenever possible.

Deanna has a degree in Philosophy and Religion.  She has a strong background in Hawaiian cultures and traditions through her past work as a teacher in the state of Hawaii.  Deanna had the privilege to teach Hawaiian studies and Hawaiian history.  There she was given the gift of working with Hawaiian Kumus where she learned protocols and traditions such as lei making, chants, and songs.  Deanna continues to learn new Hawaiian Oli, Mele, and Pule to bring to her ceremonies. Before moving to Hawaii, back in New Jersey, Deanna worked with hundreds of brides and grooms in a different way, as a professional wedding photographer.
